The slide out on our trailer had become stuck and wouldn’t open. We stopped in on our way to our camping trip. Jason from the service department came out and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes! Thank you Curtis Trailers, we had an issue with the censor when the battery is low it gives an alarm well our battery was not low. Curtis figured it was a faulty censor and they had to order a new one, they ordered it Thursday we had a camping scheduled for Friday I was getting a little nervous on Friday
